Our client, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Part-time Recruiter. This role will work on all types of roles, including clinical, sales, medical affairs, commercial, and more.
Some responsibilities include:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, supporting Rhythm's continuous growth, ensuring the successful identification and acquisition of top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide recommendations on compensation and benefits offerings to ensure market competitiveness.
Utilize technology effectively to enhance the recruitment and onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong understanding of the Biotech/Pharma or Life Sciences recruiting environment, with at least 3 years of industry experience.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Familiarity with JazzHR is a plus.
