Reports to: Supervisor - Field Customer Service Location: In Office, Kirkwood NY
The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $62,964 - $78,705
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
Ensure all MV90 data available for download into SAP for billing
Works closely with other departments to provide MV90 data for the billing of large high- profile accounts (MHP, Interval Data, PV) and NYISO reporting.
Identify and pursue resolution of phone line issues and schedule manual data retrieval to ensure timely billing.
Works closely with other Avangrid MV90 teams
Supports the implementation of system changes and assist with the development of new processes. Activities may include but are not limited to: Development of new processes, testing and implementation, and system interfaces to other work processes.
Supports major/critical projects and the development of strategies and plans to achieve key corporate objectives.
Supports meter reading - monitors system performance, reports/troubleshoots issues, and completes system testing as needed, maintains hardware inventory, and troubleshoots handheld issues, POC for meter reading system access
Supports Billing Department on an as needed basis
Performs storm role
Skills and Requirements
Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred.
High School Diploma with 7 years relevant experience required.
Experience with customer service policies, practices, filed rate tariffs, and billing
Skills/Abilities:
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
Strong decision making, analytical, problem solving, and negotiating skills
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office products and SAP-CCS
