Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client in the Boston, MA area is looking for a dynamic System Architect. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can hit the ground running, and has a passion for solving complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Analysis: Assess the current legacy system and provide insights into its structure, functionality, and areas for improvement


• Modernization Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive design and roadmap to modernize the existing system

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of system architecture design experience; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design your own solutions may be substituted for system architecture design experience


• Experience with Java, AWS, Microsoft SQL Server; Experience with cloud technologies is a plus


• While hands-on coding is not required, you should be able to understand code and use that knowledge to guide system improvements and processes


• We need someone who can dive into the role, learn quickly, and contribute meaningfully from day one


• You must be able to work closely with clients and stakeholders and thrive in knowledge-sharing environments


• Experience in the banking or finance industry is highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
