Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Milwaukee, WI that is looking for a Maintenance Manager. Ideally, this candidate has a mix of electro-mechanical aptitude along with people management skills. This role will work first shift, Monday-Friday. You will report to the Director of Maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Manager will supervise and lead the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation


• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities


• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the maintenance team


• Oversee the diagnosis and repair of equipment failures and malfunctions


• As a Maintenance Manager, you will manage relationships with external service providers and suppliers


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree


• 7+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing


• 2+ of managerial experience leading large teams


• Electro-mechanical background preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
