Position Title: QC Analyst Level 1

Summary
We are seeking a QC Analyst Level 1 to conduct routine and non-routine analyses of our manufacturing environment and in-process commercial products. This role involves adhering to standard operating procedures while applying knowledge of good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and good laboratory practices (GLP) daily. The QC Analyst will collect, process, and report data, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure the quality and safety of manufactured products.
Essential Duties:
Demonstrate proficiency in cGMP practices in all laboratory assignments.
Perform routine testing and basic troubleshooting of assays.
Conduct microbiological and chemical assays in accordance with established procedures.
Collaborate with a team to ensure timely testing of QC samples.
Engage in routine projects and assist in data trending and review.
Maintain laboratory equipment and contribute to lab maintenance activities.
Train new personnel on procedures and protocols.
Collect, enter, and generate reports from electronic systems.
Pass the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Threat Assessment (STA) for warehouse access.
Adhere to established safety and environmental guidelines, reporting any incidents or suggestions to foster a positive safety culture.
Supplementary Duties:
Attend team, department, and corporate meetings as required.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
1 year of relevant experience in a laboratory or industrial setting.
