We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position located in our Cleveland, OH or Cincinnati, OH office.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will:
Oversee operational/administrative tasks and manage teaming opportunities with a business mindset.
Supervise and streamline administrative processes to ensure efficiency.
Identify and manage teaming opportunities that align with the Central BU’s strategic objectives.
Facilitate the Sales Manager’s focus on CAM targets and strategic initiatives.
Provide comprehensive support at the direction of the Sales Manager, allowing him to concentrate on CAM targets and high-priority strategic initiatives.
Enhance operational efficiency and drive sales growth.
Implement and optimize processes to meet technical staff sales needs and improve operational efficiency, contributing to the overall sales growth of the Central BU.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
Work closely with various internal teams to ensure smooth and coordinated sales operations, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
2-5+ years of experience in a Sales Coordination or similar role preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
Demonstrated experience and success in a sales coordination role, preferably within a similar industry or business unit.
Self-reliant and capable of managing tasks and responsibilities autonomously, making informed decisions and taking initiative as needed.
Strong self-starter who can hit the ground running with little to no training.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
Flexible and adept at working with diverse personalities, adjusting communication and collaboration styles to suit different team members and stakeholders.
