This position within Enterprise AI Architecture will play a pivotal role in enabling Artificial Intelligence capabilities for The Cigna Group in a reusable, scalable and responsible way. The Enterprise AI Architecture group identifies opportunities for reusable and high-leverage AI capabilities, assesses emerging AI technologies, aligns line of business initiatives, develops strategic roadmaps, consults on AI solution development and delivery, establishes patterns and best practices for enterprise AI, and enables AI prototypes and proofs of technology to demonstrate the art-of-the-possible. This role will be an integral part of delivering strategic AI capabilities that enable uniquely differentiated healthcare products, ultimately helping improve the cost, quality and access to healthcare for Cigna's clients and customers.
As a Senior Architect, you will engage broadly across Enterprise Architecture, Technology, and Business Operations partners, driving alignment of business vision, technology strategy, and investment portfolio execution. You will engage by initiating, forming, and driving the execution of strategies, roadmaps and architectures, that collectively will enable AI to unlock significant accretive value. This role requires high levels of influence within our business, technology and architecture organizations, extensive business and domain knowledge, innovative problem-solving skills, and the ability to marry business and technology into a cohesive value-oriented strategy.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 149,000 - 248,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
