Position Summary: The Veterans Upward Bound Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Program Director.
Duties & Responsibilities:A ssisting the Program Director with:
- Annual Performance Report,
- Office management,
- General office record keeping,
- Database management,
- Financial record keeping,
- Mass mailouts,
- Newsletter production,
- Maintenance of VUB website,
- Other related duties.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, and Access.
Experience in electronic database management, record keeping, and bookkeeping.
Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of software programs.
General Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours as requested and/or needed Regular and reliable attendance

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of an Associate Degree, Bachelor's degree preferred.
One year of experience in reconciling budgets and generating and preparing reports, both electronic and paper.
Experience with veterans and/or economically disadvantaged populations.
