Overview:
As our Crop Insurance Administrator, you will perform entry level general office support, greet customers and office visitors, and cultivate positive customer relationships.
What You'll Do Everyday:
Perform various administrative tasks related to insurance, including answer customer inquiries, process applications, data entry, process insurance payments, monitor insurance requirements, and generate reports.
Manage incoming calls, represent the department professionally, relay messages, transfer calls as needed, and respond to routine inquiries. Handle mail distribution and visitor reception.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, training sessions, seminars, etc. Arrange meeting spaces and make travel arrangements for staff.
Print and prepare documents in advance of insurance deadlines. Scan insurance documents and review schedules and policy confirmations for accuracy.
