The Structural Heart Integrated Marketing team, representing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement/Implantation may be the place for you! You will be joining the Structural Heart Marketing team as an integrated marketer who is tasked with bringing marketing plans to life with a strategic approach to omnichannel efforts that defines, crafts, delivers, and measures effective messages, inspiring audiences to take action.
A Day in the Life

Aortic Stenosis (AS) is among the most common of all valvular heart diseases in the U.S. and continues to increase as the population ages. For patients, AS often goes unnoticed, but once they begin to feel symptoms, their condition can be fatal if left untreated. Evolut TAVR is the therapy that we believe results in the most positive patient outcomes. Bring your brand management and integrated marketing/marketing communications talents to this unique role. In this position, you will oversee the Evolut brand, ensuring consistency in strategy, messaging, creative, and execution across the work being done by various marketing verticals (including downstream, market development, and consumer groups.

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to construct and implement strategic integrated marketing plans that create audience alignment, increase adoption, and deliver on critical business goals. Among other campaigns, you'll partner on initiatives that span consumer and HCP audiences - e.g. co-marketing, clinical trial recruiting, AS care platforms - and will partner with our corporate team in significant campaigns driven by top leadership.

In this role, you'll leverage your team building, collaboration, influence, and communication skills daily; and you'll put your creativity and passion to use within a team that strives to think differently to solve problems, make progress, deliver meaningful innovations, and gain momentum in the treatment of AS.

Specifically, this role will manage integrated marketing programs that bring various marketing verticals, functional groups, and corporate initiatives together ensuring consistency in strategy, approach and messaging. This role will also trailblaze initiatives targeting new audiences.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications


  • MBA or MBC

  • Experience with creating strategies, messages and materials that promote Medtronic products to gain competitive advantage.

  • Experience with Medtronic products, how they work and how they are used in the clinical setting.

  • Knowledge of the markets and medical professionals/customers Coronary and Structural Heart serves.

  • Negotiation, influence and change management experience.


Must Have

A Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience with program management, brand management and integrated marketing or a minimum of 5 years of program management, brand management and integrated marketing.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$112,800.00 - $169,200.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
