Requirements and Description

Red Coats are the first to greet our customers to guide and assist them with the ticketing, routing, trip planning, baggage check-in process and gate boarding. Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets. Manage the check-in process, assist and support Business Partner's agent in their assigned roles.
