As the Operations Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the operationalexcellence and successful delivery of our iGaming products. This role demands a blend ofproject management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and technical proficiency toensure seamless game launches and continuous process improvements. You will bepivotal in coordinating eDorts across departments and fostering a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Work with department leads on various projects, helping to develop new features, tools and processes.
Conduct data-driven analysis to monitor operational performance. Propose and manage process and platform improvements, emphasizing automation, eDiciency, and scalability.
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring that technical and business requirements are accurately documented, communicated clearly and met in a timely manner.
Work closely with commercial stakeholders and partners to ensure on-time, successful game launches.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all game configurations, adhering strictly to jurisdictional and partner requirements. Identify and execute optimization strategies to enhance revenue, player experience, and operational eDiciency.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of game design, mechanics, and testing practices. Continuously expand your technical knowledge and expertise to provide insightful input and guidance to team members.
Provide advanced troubleshooting support during game release testing and launch, and eDectively escalate issues when necessary.
Manage the operations and support of 3rd party game suppliers integrated with our AGS Interactive aggregation platform.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in an operational role, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and optimizing complex processes.
iGaming industry experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams and complex projects, with the ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven expertise in gathering technical requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
Experience with QA testing techniques and a solid understanding of jurisdictional compliance regulations is highly desirable.
