Job OverviewThe Interactive Account Coordinator will support the wider team in making key accounts successful and provide essential assistance to the Account Managers within the Interactive Division.This role is designed for a motivated individual with a background in marketing, visualizing data, copywriting, event/conference planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Account Coordinator will be an integral part of ensuring client satisfaction and success through support across initiatives such as presentations, marketing materials, data visualization, content creation, and more. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who is eager to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities
  • Assist Account Managers: Provide administrative and operational support to the account management team, helping with day-to-day tasks that ensure client success.
  • Marketing Material Support: Assist in the creation of presentations, marketing decks, and other promotional materials using data insights, visualizations, and copywriting.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, game development, customer service, and compliance teams to execute key projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Event/Conference Coordination: Help in planning and executing industry conferences and events by coordinating logistics, materials, and on-site execution.
  • Content Creation: Support the development of website copy, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing collateral, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Data Reporting & Analysis: Assist in tracking and reporting account performance data, analyzing trends, and presenting insights to inform account strategy and optimizations.
  • Onboarding Support: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new partners by coordinating across departments to ensure timelines are met and materials are delivered accurately.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency in how accounts are managed and optimized.
  • Project Coordination: Manage smaller projects and provide updates on key deliverables to internal teams and clients.
Skills/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or account support role (experience in the gambling industry is a plus but not required).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including copywriting, design basics, and event coordination.
  • Proficient in creating presentations and marketing decks, with a solid grasp of data visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Tableau, Excel).
  • Basic understanding of project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to proofread content.
  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset, ready to support and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Experience or interest in the interactive gaming or gambling industry is a plus.
