Responsible for the day-to-day management of data, including gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data that the team deems necessary for best practices development and rollout. Identify and communicate any data related issues/recommendations to the team, so they can quickly develop a resolution. - Creative and alert to new ways of approaching tasks
- Ability to travel independently (<50> - Ability to work overnight/unusual hours to perform in-store tasks
- Knowledge of in-store activities, including observations, performance measurements, and summarizing observations
- Ability to effectively lead associates to achieve objectives
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to delve into new areas and facilitate change across the company
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and information retrieval programs (Focus, Business Objects)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficient at multi-tasking with a high level of initiative
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with committees to get desired results

- Knowledge of Store Operations- Pull and summarize data from corporate/division systems as needed
- Perform selected/required key analysis as needed
- Maintain store and department-level database
- Develop and maintain store and department savings estimate model and database
- Ensure rollouts and best practices that support and align with the Customer 1st strategy
- Create management capabilities and processes that sustain continuous improvement
- Identify and communicate any data-related issues and recommendations to the business owner, assistant process change manager, senior process specialist and the team
- Continue to develop skills in key technical areas supporting analytics capabilities and mentor junior process specialists
- Travel to divisions and stores to observe, create performance measurements, and summarize observations
