Your Role: Sr Specialist Quality Systems 

The Sr Specialist of Quality Systems is primarily responsible for collaboration with the Process Teams and Quality Systems team ensuring harmonization and optimization of the Quality System for the Clinton and Terre Haute sites. 

Your Responsibilities:  


  • Ensure regular GEMBA walks and audits to guarantee compliance and harmonization of quality standards

  • Owns KPI data collection and analysis to support metrics monitoring and report out

  • Collaborate with process teams on optimization and harmonization initiatives for Quality Systems

  • Participates in audit preparation and audit performance

  • Cross train as an SME for Quality Systems 

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): 


  • Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience:  5 – 10 years of cGMP in pharmaceutical/animal health manufacturing

  • Expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Manufacturing in a regulated environment

  • Proficient in use of computer systems required (Microsoft Office, Document Management, Maintenance Management, Inventory, Quality Systems)

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently with good written and oral communication. Flexibility, interpersonal skills, and problem solving required.
