Description: Our client, a leader in innovative payment solutions, is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role will support global paid social efforts by optimizing strategies and delivering data-driven results for a variety of country markets.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Partner with the Paid Social team to design and execute direct response marketing strategies tailored to various international markets.
Maintain ongoing communication with global market teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables and timelines.
Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook and Pinterest to meet acquisition goals.
Oversee the daily monitoring, pacing, optimization, and tracking of campaigns, proactively addressing any performance fluctuations.
Identify opportunities for testing and improvements by analyzing trends in key performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Regularly review dashboards and reporting tools to measure channel effectiveness and quickly respond to changes in performance indicators like CPA, ROI, and LTV.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product marketing, and brand teams to deliver social media campaigns that drive acquisition and achieve KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, including tech vendors and creative agencies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven ability to meet multiple KPIs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in working with social ad platforms and managing campaigns within native ad managers (e.g., Facebook, Pinterest).
Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and campaign performance reporting.
An analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of driving optimizations and campaign improvements based on key metrics.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Enthusiastic about staying up-to-date with industry trends and marketing platform updates.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to present insights and collaborate across teams.
Self-motivated and autonomous with high levels of integrity and energy.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in writing ad copy.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
