Responsibilities:
- Assessing resident needs and planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
- Overseeing clinical activities and participating in staff and resident scheduling
- Assisting in the supervision and counseling of Nurse Aides, Resident Coordinators, and Resident Assistants
- Adhering to Pennsylvania State Professional Standards Title 49 Chapter
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Current, active Registered Nurse license in good standing from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
