Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced M365 Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, application programmers, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver a fully integrated M365 platform. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefits of IT system investments.
Responsibilities:
Write Technical Design documents and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Write user stories
Deliver documentation and present to stakeholders
Conduct critical design reviews with the team, vendors, and other IT entities
Develop high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas to the development team
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Application Analyst
Competence in working at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis, considering the business implications of technology applications
Experience delivering the M365 technology platform in an enterprise environment
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Solid technical design capabilities
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools
High-level written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
