Responsibilities:
Manage Capital Projects:
- Oversee renovations, buildouts, and other capital projects at stores.
- Approximately 25% travel required to various locations across the Continental USA.
Support Design Changes:
- Assist with design modifications related to downsizing stores and subdividing spaces for sublease.
- Must have experience in design (not necessarily a licensed Architect) with an understanding of dividing space for sublets.
Design and Construction Experience:
- Possess both design and construction experience.
- Ideal candidate is junior enough to be trained according to the client's specific processes.
Qualifications:
- Part of the Project Management multi-site group.
- Eager to learn and passionate about the role.
- Candidates will be interviewed by clients.
- Long-term assignment potential (either contract-to-hire or contract).
