Job Summary:
The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining (specific equipment/systems) at customer locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair (specific equipment/systems) at customer sites or in the shop.Perform routine maintenance and inspections on (specific equipment/systems).Provide technical support and guidance to customers.Document all service and repair activities accurately.Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.Manage and prioritize multiple service calls efficiently.Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or certification preferred.Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role.Strong technical knowledge of (specific equipment/systems).Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and customer service skills.Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Physical ability to lift and carry up to (specific weight) and work in various conditions.
