JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Recruiters and Hiring Manager to develop requisition details (job description, ideal candidate profiles, screening questions, and post both internal and external job postings).
  • Deploy Talent Acquisition tools and templates (i.e., interview guides and interview bias training).
  • Work with Talent Acquisition team to streamline processes and implement continuous improvements.
  • Prepare, distribute, and process new hire paperwork including offer letters, employment agreements, pre-employment and onboarding forms.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates regarding first day of employment.
  • Generate Talent Acquisitions reports leveraging data and analytics.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, company open houses, and community networking events as needed.
  • Perform analysis using interview and candidate assessment tools.
  • Measure effectiveness of recruiting channels using conversion rate.
  • Liaison with the compensation team to create compensation structures and offer packages.
  • Effectively communicate and represent employer brand and employee value proposition.
  • Influence decision makers using data compiled throughout the recruiting lifecycle of a requisition.
  • Implement ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company and team.
  • Be a true partner to the Hiring Manager community by way of insights, contributions, and areas of influence.


  • MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • 5 years of experience recruiting beyond the local market at multi-national corporations.
  • 10 years of combined experience in recruiting for highly technical and niche roles.
  • 10 years of experience sourcing passive, technical candidates.
  • 5 years of experience mentoring junior team members.
  • 5 years of experience coaching junior team members.
  • 10 years of experience partnering with Engineering Leaders to include the following: create hiring plans, discuss and implement sourcing strategies, and manage reporting.
  • 10 years of experience in diverse recruiting practices.
  • 10 years of experience in bias elimination.
  • 5 years of experience coaching peers on sourcing.
  • 5 years of experience coaching peers on closing strategies.
  • 10 years of experience managing customer expectations.
  • 10 years of experience managing partner expectations.
  • 10 years of experience leading or co-owning projects across the Talent Acquisition team to develop leads and/or reinforce best practices.
  • 10 years of experience talent mapping to support building a database of potential candidates.
  • 8 years of experience measuring effectiveness of recruiting channels using conversion rate.
  • 8 years of experience liaising with the compensation team to create compensation structures and offer packages.
  • 10 years of experience using either Microsoft or G-Suite Tools.
  • 10 years of experience in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • 10 years of experience working cross functionally with corporate peer groups (i.e. compensation, HR/Benefits, on-boarding, immigration, etc) and being the Point-of-Contact (POC) for these peer teams.
    • Experience may be gained concurrently.
    • Work from home available. Must reside within commuting distance from employer's San Francisco, CA office.
    • Requires up to 5% domestic travel for annual team meetings.

    SALARY: $152,400.00 - $186,000.00/ year
