Job Description:

Summary of Position: Perform duties to locate, store, verify, prepare, pick, check and receive products for our distribution & parts warehouse on our 9:00 am -5:30 pm shift.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work from shipping orders, manuals, specifications, schedules and both verbal and written instructions.

  • Identify, locate and select products for proper storage.

  • Remove products from containers/skids from designated areas throughout the plant to fill orders then transport for further processing.

  • Record data (i.e., quantity, shortages, errors, damaged parts) to align with inventory.

  • Handle crates, skids and packing material to insure products are not damaged during shipment.

  • Seal crates, boxes, affix labels and mark boxes with required shipping information. Identify, count or weigh a variety of materials, supplies, containers, parts and components.

  • Obtains and maintains knowledge necessary to handle similar and related transactions under the new systems as new software is implemented, i.e., ADSI, JDE, DSI. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements


  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Have passed the comprehension tests as determined by the Company.

  • Ability to operate, and stand up/sit down a fork truck.

  • Ability to use hand and power tools and other material handling equipment.

  • Ability to use a computer and web based software.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow verbal/written work instructions.

  • Ability to perform work safely and follow safety policies/rules and regulations.
