Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment as a Plant Manager
Skills: Proficiency in ERP, demand planning, and MS Office applications.
Flexibility: Willingness to accommodate limited travel as needed.

Strategize & Lead: Develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing strategies to meet production goals and exceed customer expectations.
Be the Expert: Guide and mentor staff managers and supervisors, leveraging your technical know-how to boost operational efficiency.
Solve Problems: Anticipate and tackle potential constraints with effective corrective actions.
Collaborate: Work closely with purchasing specialists to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Set Goals: Establish short and long-term objectives to drive margin improvements and operational success.
Foster Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement using Lean methodology.
Manage Budgets: Prepare and manage operating and cash flow budgets, performing gap analysis and identifying solutions.
Innovate: Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing on new product development strategies.
