This successful candidate has experience troubleshooting and repairing a diverse range of machinery and has general handyman skills, while also conducting preventive maintenance.
As a Maintenance Technician you will:
Troubleshoot and repair all machinery, saws, nail guns and any other equipment in facility
Perform preventive maintenance on all systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics
General handyman duties will be performed the facility
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnose issues with motors and machinery components
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly
Expertly change sprockets, belts, and bearings to keep our machinery in top shape
Service a variety of equipment which can include saws, nail guns, hydraulics and more
Perform other related assignments as needed
The ideal Maintenance Technician candidate will have:
Experience troubleshooting machinery and making repairs to a variety of equipment
Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems preferred
Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and machinery manuals
Critical thinking and problem solving will be especially pertinent
Comfortable working in a manufacturing facility and following safety protocols
Background in electrical components is a plus
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently
This is a Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time opportunity.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 40hrs a week
1st Shift: 6AM-3PM
2nd Shift: 2PM-11PM
*one technician per shift
Compensation: $22-22.50/Hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
