Volt is immediately hiring for Sr. Civil Project Engineer in Albuquerque, NM.
As a Sr. Civil Project Engineer you will:
Assist in conceptual design, fee determination and proposal preparation.
Complete Project Setup Forms and fill out work authorizations.
Establish a QA/QC plan for each project.
Mentor junior level engineers and assist with their career development.
Follows up on collection of account receivables
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Ten years of civil engineering design experience
A bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently for extended periods of time
Strong written, technical, and interpersonal skills
Committed to client services and a team-based approach
Attention to detail, delivering quality work products, and excellent client services
Ability to work with a wide variety of clients, regulators, and authorities
Proven marketing/business development skills
A PE License
Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D to produce civil construction documents
Strong knowledge of working with municipal, commercial, and other related site development projects
Salary:$115,000 - $140,000 per year
