Job Description:

As a Global Meeting Planning Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Lead the Scientific Affairs and Education Global Meeting Planning team in planning innovative and world-class educational events and voice of customer activities.

  • Provide ongoing training and development for a global team of meeting planners, including process development, change management, meeting planning processes & best practices.

  • Lead the strategic development & implementation of the SAE Cvent and meeting planning process globally for SAE educational events and voice of customer activities, including event management, supplier network, surveys and metrics.

  • Lead the HCP travel strategy & process implementation globally for Dental Solutions.

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five (5) years of operational management experience in event planning in a professional/corporate meeting planning or meeting management position.

  • Experience with Cvent management software


  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • At least one (1) year of experience working with compliance requirements for Health Care Professionals.

  • Experience with SmartSheets, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work well under pressure and quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Ability to work flexible work hours due to global nature of department.

  • Must possess solid project management skills.

  • Ability to think outside the box by offering creative solutions to problems.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
