This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As the Customer Experience Manager you will be responsible for:


  • You are responsible for establishing, maintaining and optimizing the customer health management process for XP

  • You own key clinical success processes together with your team: clinical demo set and equipment, image reviews and collection, customer references

  • You lead a group of Clinical Success & Clinical Product Managers, fostering a culture of extreme ownership and accountability

  • You will establish and manage qualification and KPIs metrics for the customer experience team's engagement

  • You will identify and manage overall customer health trends to help drive product and process improvements across functions and back to global product line

  • You have demonstrated leadership experience - ability to motivate, set goals and foster accountability

  • You have demonstrated ability to form relationships to effectively collaborate across a matrixed organization

  • You have the ability to improve existing processes and approaches, as well as successfully implement and sustain.

  • You are self-starter, self-motivated, have demonstrated a high level of initiative within a fast-paced, constantly evolving Healthcare environment

  • You have deep knowledge of Siemens mammography and X-ray portfolio, workflow and processes, as well as experience on other vendors

  • You demonstrate and apply advanced knowledge of strategic planning, cross-functional business practices, and operating procedures

  • You Proactively share knowledge within own team and counterparts (incl. virtual & matrix team).

Required skills to have for the success of this role




  • 10 + years in customer facing role in Healthcare environment; 5+ years in mammography and/or X-ray clinical setting

  • Experience with C-Suite, radiology, administration, and technologists required

  • Process Improvement, project management and "Voice of Customer" required

  • Ability to travel to customer sites (up to 40%)
