We are looking for a Junior RPA Automation Developer to join our team to support the Modern Delivery - RPA.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Process design, develop, implement, and maintain creative Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Power Platform solutions in support of ASA(FM&C) and Army Enterprise requirements.
• Designing and Developing RPA solutions that enable ASA(FM&C) to successfully achieve its Campaign Plan objectives with an emphasis on Audit Readiness, Enterprise Business Systems Convergence, and modernization of Resource Management business processes.
• Maintaining expertise with RPA software and continually enhancing Automation Development knowledge.
• Being involved in the end-to-end Development of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain) using recommended best practices.
• Collaborating with Business analysts, stakeholders, other agencies, military personnel, civilians, and contractors about assigned projects.
• Working with Business analysts and project SMEs to validate that requirements are thorough and complete before initiating development.
• Serving as assigned projects' primary developer point of contact with assigned RPA customers and liaising between customers and other RPA Developers.
• Supporting RPA customers by providing answers, expertise, and insights as needed.
• Converting Captured keystroke level detail from PDD documents into functioning automation code.
• Conducting internal tests of all code created to validate its functioning properly.
• Collaborating with the Business Analyst to ensure customers' development requirements are accurately captured for automation projects.
• Supporting the governance of the RPA process.
• Providing technical support to business analysts in tracking metrics and financial projections for each developed automation.
• Assisting Business Analysts in responding to email communications between clients that require technical answers.

At a minimum you should have:

• An active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
• A bachelor's degree in a non-STEM field and 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• 1 - 2 years of coding experience in any computer language, preferably for automation projects and preferably for DoD clients.
• Ability to translate a business process (as documented in a PDD) into a functioning automation/application with little or no assistance.
• UiPath, Power Platform, or other automation software hands-on experience is strongly desired, and certification(s) preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated abilities along with Coursework or work experience may be substituted instead of certifications.
• Understanding of or experience with, crafting detailed Process Design Documentation (PDDs), process/ keystroke mappings (Visio, process recording, etc.), training briefs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), specific to building Robotic Process Automation.
• Experience working in fully remote work settings, including excellent communication skills, the use of virtual project management tools, leading virtual meetings/workshops, and other work exercises.

Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
