Job Responsibilities
As a Sr Manager, Supply Chain, you will be responsible for:
Leading the order fulfillment cycle, from customer forecasts to delivery
Developing, optimizing, and implementing inventory strategies based on demand plans
Steering the capacity loading of the plant in an efficient way
Analyzing and addressing capacity conflicts
Achieving optimal supply chain performance
Collaborating with customers and procurement to address new product opportunities
Handling customer and supplier supply chain interfaces
Implementing and maintaining continuous improvement projects
Aligning Business Segment Leadership and Site to formalize the S&OP scenario
Representing the supply chain function for the BSL in customer meetings
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Science, Finance, or Business. Equivalent experience in related fields will also be considered.
10+ years of leadership experience in Demand Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics, or related field
APICS certification or equivalent preferred
Understanding and training on SAP ERP systems
Understanding of advanced planning solutions
