Job Description:

Buena Vista University is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director of Digital Learning and Curriculum Development. The Administrative Assistant will assist with managing course offerings, supporting online adjunct faculty, and supporting online students, to ensure an excellent educational experience is received by online students. To be successful, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. The ability to be flexible and the acumen to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously is a must. The successful candidate will be skilled with a variety of computer software - particularly Microsoft Office suite and proprietary software, excel at both verbal and written communication and general office tasks. A High School Degree with two to three years of administrative experience is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred. This role can be located at the Storm Lake Campus, hybrid, or remote.
