Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating complex technical projects from inception to completion within the Access Delivery and Integration, Network Syndication team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that technical requirements are met, and services are implemented with quality for syndication partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute technical projects, manage trials, and issue resolution. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring network performance and maintaining detailed technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical acumen, leadership, and excellent communication skills to ensure project success and alignment with overall business strategies.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


  • Work with cross-functional workstream leads to gather detailed technical requirements and design specifications, ensuring alignment with overall Access network syndication strategy.

  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support with syndication partners and Comcast, specifically related to DAA, DOCSIS, and Access Networks

  • Plan and lead the deployment and integration of components, coordinating deployment activities with operations and engineering teams

  • Monitor network performance and facilitate improvements between syndication partners and Comcast using iterative and agile methodologies

  • Capture and maintain documentation of architecture sessions, integration approaches, technical KPI's, and best practices.

  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for partner operational teams and provide ongoing technical support to ensure efficient use of technology and systems prior to market launch

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, particularly in a technical environment, and managing large, complex programs for cable operators

  • Proven experience in technical planning and design, including gathering detailed technical specifications from multiple stakeholders and facilitating alignment or decisions

  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies and tools (JIRA)

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on technical team coordination and stakeholder management

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proficiency in technical troubleshooting

  • Experience in managing technical requirements, deployment planning, and defect resolution

  • Proficiency in monitoring network performance and implementing strategic improvements

  • Experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies for managing iterative delivery practices

  • Previous experience in a technical role, such as software, network, or systems engineering in the areas of DAA, Access cables networks, or DOCSIS technologies is nice to have.
