RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time IT New Relic Developer in support of our industry leading technology development client in Spring, TX. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.

Overview:

• End-to-end execution and implementation of New Relic solutions on complex customer environments - On-Prem/Cloud/Hybrid Cloud


• Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management as needed


• Should understand the challenges of customers, co-ordinate with vendor for a customized solution if needed


• Effectively engage with Company IT and IT delivery partners, prioritize issues, and delivery best in class monitoring solutions on New Relic platform


• Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems


• Work with team to bring continuous improvement to APM processes and tools


• Develop and own KPIs to ensure performance is measured against expected business outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in working on Service-Oriented Architecture SOA and understanding of SOAP based and/REST based architecture


• Expert in creating solutions using New Relic and deploying them to production


• Have hands on knowledge of alerting and incidents creation


• Understanding of application architecture and ability to demonstrate RCA finding skills


• Communication skills, Monitoring and Analysis

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
