RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Data Analyst II in Mountain View, CA.

Summary:
This position will be supporting the KYC/CIP program in the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Office within the LCPO-Compliance organization within the overall Legal Team. We are looking for a driven, solution-oriented KYC and CIP subject matter expert with direct experience providing CIP and KYC guidance to the business and operations teams and conducting CDD and EDD reviews.

Responsibilities:
Customer Identification Program (CIP) Oversight and Monitoring:

• Partner with data analyst team to assist in the creation and enhancement of CIP collection and verification dashboards


• Review dashboards to identify, document, and investigate anomalies in CIP/AML program warranting further review


• Identify requirements for further iteration, refinement, or maintenance of existing, or expanded, CIP monitoring dashboards


• Make recommendations for and execute on scalable process improvements and CIP program, or procedure, updates


• Assist in refining, and iterating, CIP monitoring program

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience executing CIP oversight and monitoring


• Experience conducting and leading CIP/KYC, CDD, and EDD remediation efforts


• Experience conducting PEP reviews


• Experience developing EDD procedures and conducting EDD reviews


• Experience supporting audit and testing requests


• Experience conducting monitoring of AML training

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
