The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will be involved in every aspect of our supply chain operations, from procurement and logistics to program launch/management and distribution. Relationship Management:

• Serve as a trusted contact for our external partners on Supply Chain topics. This could include planning/executing projects with various stakeholders concerning scope, budget, risk, and resources.
• Represent Arcutis to patients when issues arise.

Project Management:

• Daily tasks involve tracking project status, liaising with stakeholders, organizing key information and resources, and following up on action items. Key internal partners include Finance, IT, External Manufacturing, Product Development, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Provide a fresh perspective to help identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities to foster continuous improvement.

Logistics/Transportation Coordination:

• Coordinate with manufacturers and distribution partners (including international) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

• Monitor and manage transportation and logistics operations, including shipping, custom clearance, and warehousing
• Optimize processes to improver delivery performance

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education & Licenses and Experience

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and 6+ years supply chain or related experience or a combination of appropriate education and experience.

Competencies & Skills

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical Supply Chain concepts and strategies.
• Must have a helpful personality and enjoy tackling challenges collaboratively in both a face-to-face and virtual environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment with an inherent sense of urgency, understanding what needs to be done, when, and how.
• Adapts well under pressure and takes proactive actions in a changing environment with minimal supervision.
