Salary: $67,000 TO $74, 000 (DOE)

What Are We Looking For

The Route Supervisor will primarily be responsible for coordinating and supervising Honey Bucket Route Drivers to ensure the highest quality service possible for our customers while maintaining safety and efficiency. In addition to supervisor duties, Route Supervisors must also be willing to take on operations duties to ensure timely and satisfactory results for customers.

In addition to these core functions, the Route Supervisor will also have the opportunity to:

  • Teach, train, lead, and test Honey Bucket employees 'our goal is to be the premier provider of services in our industry and to do this we need the best employees!
  • Sell units and services 'Route Supervisors must commit to increasing revenue and customer base.
  • Engage customers to ensure expectations are met and the highest standards of quality are being met.
  • Inspect units for quality and ensure that all Honey Bucket Service Standards are being maintained 'give recognition where it is deserved and provide follow-up training when it is necessary.
  • Completing operations tasks, to include pre trips, coordinating event deliveries and servicing, doing deliveries, pickups, services, minor truck repairs, various problem solving, and follow up training

Qualifications and Skills

You're perfect for this job if you:

  • Have a passion for quality and customer service
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Willing to put in the hours it takes to get the job done
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Are able to lift 70+ pounds repetitively throughout the day and ability to climb in and out of the truck 60+ times per day
