$52.11- $86.81 per hour, based on RN Degree and level of experience.

Responsibilities
Minimum requirements for all Nurses:
Associate or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from a program accredited by Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA) by 30 days before the start date (no later than 12/27/2024).
BSN preferred
Associate Degree Nurses required to enroll in BSN program within 3 years of hire and complete within 5 years of hire
Current unencumbered Oregon RN license by 1 week before the start date (no later than 1/20/2025)
Current BLS and ACLS certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Existing OHSU workforce members are not required to have ACLS before the start date per policy HC-HR-111-POL-RR.
BLS and ACLS must not expire during the TTP Residency Program.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.
Department Specific Requirements:
Completion of 180 clinical hours of direct-patient care in an inpatient care area.
96 clinical hours ofdirect-patientcare in an adult intensive care unit during a senior practicum within 12-months of the current cohort start date required.
Must have at least 48 clinical hours of direct-patient care ICU before application can be submitted.
144 clinical hours of direct-patient care in an adult intensive care unit is strongly preferred.
