Utilize your expertise in visual design, including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, and imagery, to craft engaging digital brand experiences
Collaborate with the team to develop exceptional user experiences through brainstorming, concept creation, and client work sessions
Design products and adapt brand guidelines to create scalable, accessible design systems
Effectively manage your time and communicate proactively with project team members
Maintain a flexible, additive, and humble presence on the team, fostering relationships and sharing knowledge freely
Qualifications:
3+ years of visual design experience, preferably in an agency environment
Impressive portfolio showcasing relevant work in web and mobile design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively to non-design stakeholders
Experience in Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs is a plus
