To provide the Skills and Knowledge by Designing, Developing, Administering, and Facilitating "World Class" training for Associates to improve their technical skills and performance.

What are we looking for?


  • Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Three or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related technical field

  • Experience developing training materials and programs

  • Three or more years of training experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge/Experience

  • Basic computer skills for developing, presenting, and updating training materials.

  • Knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related technical field

  • Experience developing training materials and programs

  • Three or more years of training experience in a manufacturing environment

What will be your key responsibilities?


  • Support MSE activities on site

  • Co-lead E&T pillar as Pillar Lead back up

  • Own one of the Essential Element for the E&T Pillar

  • Teach, Coach, and facilitate development of the Role Profiling process

  • Lead development of training materials for the site

  • Support with administration of POKA

  • Develop performance-based training program

  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate functional training programs

  • Deliver & assess Expert Trainer Program - Monitoring effectiveness of the internal trainers and knowledge assessors, developing and coordinating correction actions

  • Evaluate training effectiveness

  • Coordinate, communicate & assist in execution of site Training Plan

  • Support with completion of the audits (external and internal audits) related to training and knowledge assessment.

  • Execute Standards audit process (Healthcheck, Process Confirmation, Coaching card, etc)

  • Support the development/update of the on-boarding program (30-60-90 process). Monitor and assess effectiveness of the program

  • Assist with Onboarding new associates as needed
