Job Description:

The individual will provide expertise and leadership in handling vast amounts of data, enterprise analytics, statistical modeling, and AI/ML initiatives. They will utilize their knowledge of customer data, market dynamics, and internal business processes to develop analytical solutions for complex business problems. T


Essential Functions



  • Creates and executes analytical solutions from concept to production, communicating results to diverse audiences, and providing thought leadership in advanced modeling and analysis.

  • Provides thought leadership and leads cross-functional teams in advanced descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive modeling, advanced statistical analysis, and other quantitative analysis of complex business situations.

  • Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently

  • Makes advanced use of current and emerging technologies and advanced use of data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and high-complexity predictive modeling, and fact-based management to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and to drive recommendations to business partners and management.

  • Provides thought leadership and leads cross-functional teams in advanced descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive modeling, advanced statistical analysis, and other quantitative analysis of complex business situations.

  • Provides consultation to management on a regular basis and formally prepares and presents reommendations to leadership.

  • Mentors less senior staff.

  • Perform other duties as assigned





Minimum Education

Masters degree in data science, analytics, business, mathematics, economics, computer science or other quantitative fields such as engineering/operations research. Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.


Minimum Experience

Three (3) years work experience in data science, analytics, business, mathematics, economics, computer science, or other quantitative fields such as engineering/operations research, in an analytical, quantitative, or technical role required. Two (2) of those years of experience or coursework should be with the following skills (skills can be gained concurrently with education): computer-aided decision support (utilize computer programs or packages to analyze data and support business decisions), or any analytical/modeling language (e.g. Python, R, SAS, or SQL), and data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire, etc. will be considered equivalent.

Advanced descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive modeling knowledge and skills

Strong problem solving abilities

Analytical/modeling language knowledge

Advanced statistical analysis knowledge, and other quantitative analysis of complex business situations

Ability to communicate highly complex information in an understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels

Strong collaboration and project leadership skills

Ability to mentor lower levels





Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in computer science or software engineering, with knowledge of databases and distributed systems. They should also have expertise in Azure tools for data engineering, including ETL and CI/CD. Strong practical experience in implementing data architecture patterns to meet diverse business needs. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and stakeholders is essential.



Pay Transparency:
This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.



Pay: U.S Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month; New York Pay Range: $8,452.14/month - $14,413.11/month; NYC Pay Range: $10,676.38/month - $$14,413.11/month; Colorado Pay Range - $8,452.14/month - $13,812.57/month
