Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is focused on the design, construction, testing, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure systems. The successful candidate will be a key player in resolving level 1 problems on network infrastructure hardware and will serve as an escalation point for level 1 problem or incident management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and resolve level 1 problems on network infrastructure hardware using standard tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems.

- Analyze performance problems and recommend solutions to enhance functionality, reliability, and/or usability.

- Serve as a liaison between the customer, suppliers, and other technical groups to resolve problems.

- Perform high-level analysis of complex network system integrations.

- Apply specialized knowledge in network infrastructure to conceptualize, design, construct, test, implement, and optimize network infrastructure.

- Lead teams to provide advanced design, architecture, and diagnostic support.

- Be responsible for the design, configuration, development, integration, implementation of network solutions.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of AWS experience.

- 3-5 years strong administration skills in Openshift or ROSA environments.

- 2-4 years strong experience with DevOps.

- 2-4 years experience with Helm charts and/or Yaml.
