Objectives of this Role:
Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in current processes, systems, and procedures and develop action plans to drive efficiencies.
Provide training and support to employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and to ensure understanding and adoption of continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure alignment and buy-in for improvement initiatives.
Utilize lean methodologies and tools to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Compile and analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends, root causes of problems, and areas for improvement.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and track progress.
Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and acceptance of new practices across the Institute.
Monitor progress of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes and regularly communicate progress and results to senior management.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelors degree in Business administration, organizational management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
6 years: Experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or related field required.
6 years: Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
6-10 years: Strong project management and leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully leading continuous improvement initiatives and complex projects.
6-10 years: Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping software; Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
A valid/clear driver's license is required.
