RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a Long-standing New Jersey based Family Office is seeking a talented, hands-on Senior Accountant. This role reports to the Controller.

Summary:
The organization has an extensive investment portfolio of private equity and brokerage accounts with a significant volume of transactions, including but not limited to accounting for the purchase and sale of securities, recording dividend and interest, capital calls and other basic and complex daily and annual transactions. Other duties may include journal entries, bank statement reconciliations, intercompany transactions, tax reporting, bill paying and more. REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of related accounting experience


• Experience with Sage 100 or similar accounting software, Excel, QuickBooks


• Outstanding communication skills and utmost discretion and integrity willingness to work in office most days

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
