Job Description:
- Analyze current operations, tools, and work instructions.
- Maintain the current operation flow and methods defined by the Manufacturing Engineers.
- Build carts, racks and fixtures to support the operation and improve safety and ergonomics.
- Review current state of the operation and bring improvement ideas.
- Read 3D models and work in excel to perform operation analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or Bachelor's required. MBA preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Experience in the Switchgear manufacturing operation.
- Technical degree preferred.
- 2 years of switchgear or busbar experience.
- Experience working with hand tools.
- Proactivity.
- Geometrical dimensions and tolerances knowledge.
- Must have experience working in mechanical and/or electrical processes.
- Proficiency to do problem solving and root cause analysis.
