Standard (Mon-Fri)



Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, No eye contacts allowed; prescriptive glasses will be provided, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

How will you make an impact?


As a Manager in Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless operations of our brand new facilities. Your leadership will drive innovative maintenance practices, optimizing equipment performance and supporting ambitious production goals. You'll be instrumental in maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive environment.


What will you do?


  • Lead and direct maintenance programs to ensure efficient equipment performance.

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies.

  • Analyze machinery failures and successfully implement solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

  • Train and develop maintenance staff to achieve outstanding performance.

  • Coordinate equipment inventory and procurement.

How will you get here?



Education:



  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.


Experience:



  • 5-10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, and maintenance.

  • 3-5 years of proven supervisory experience in a similar environment.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:



  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Expertise in regulatory compliance and safety standards.

  • Ability to develop and implement maintenance and operational strategies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team to compete with the best.

  • Capacity to work on-call and manage emergency situations effectively.
