Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper with a passion for numbers and a knack for organization? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our client's team on a contract-to-hire basis, utilizing QuickBooks to keep our financial records in tip-top shape!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports to assist in decision-making.
Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for financial documents.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with the management team to develop budgets and forecasts.
Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must!
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
