Nitrile Glove Consultant

Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for the production of Class 1 medical devices, specifically, nitrile gloves. Has at least 20 years of industry experience overseeing all production steps, operational management, regulatory approvals, and quality control in the production of nitrile gloves as a class 1 medical device. Also, highly knowledgeable in chemical compounding, shaping, treatment, leaching, and packaging to ensure gloves are of the correct quality to meet all Federal, State and Local regulations and are produced uniformly and consistently.

Program's preferred skillset and Requirements:


  1. At least 20 years of experience overseeing the production of nitrile gloves as a Class 1 medical device.
  2. An advanced degree bachelor's and/or master's in biological sciences or chemistry or engineering or related discipline.
  3. Management: 20+ years of experience in nitrile glove design and manufacture
  4. Experience in commercially marketed gloves for medical applications.
  5. Technical Expertise In:

  • Operations
  • Quality Control
  • Regulatory Approval
  • Nitrile Latex Selection and Formulation
  • Glove Manufacturing process Design
  • Process Analysis and troubleshooting
  • Coagulant Formulation Design
  • Test Equipment for Glove Properties
  • Specifications/Standards/Regulations



  1. At least 20 years of relevant industry experience
  2. Demonstrate experience in managing program schedules, budget and contractual requirements.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with unstructured verbal interactions, briefings, and meeting moderation.
  4. Supporting strategic customers and large transformation initiatives constantly
  5. Exposure to additive manufacturing, horizontal and vertical system integration
  6. Travel required, including overnights.
  7. Experience within the medical Nitrile Glove industry
  8. Preparing decisions based on detailed business case examinations.
