Who we are looking for

The Information Security Management Program Team (ISRMP) is looking to enhance its team in the GCS application security assessment process. The team is responsible for ensuring the risk posture of the application is compliant to the industry standards. The Assistant Vice President will be engaged in efforts to review ISRMP submissions, coordinate with key partners to complete ISRMP questionnaire, measure and mitigate cyber and technology risk and will report to the Vice President of ISRMP.'

What you will be responsible for

As the ISRMP Services Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing ISRMP submissions for compliance with organizational Standards

• Identifying control gaps and updating appropriate issue database

• Generating weekly and monthly reports related to ISRMP status and delays

• Analyzing ISRMP reports to understand control gaps and issues

• Tracking ISRMP mitigation efforts to ensure ISRMP requirements are met

• Supporting key stakeholders through the ISRMP process

• Communicating delays, issues, and details associated to ISRMP within review process

• Validating remediation activities as documented by the business to achieve proper application compliance and risk mitigations

• Distribute monthly publications for Global Cyber Security management on ISRMP status of issues.

What we value

• Demonstrate robust knowledge and understanding of technology and security risks and IT general controls, NIST 800-53 R4 Framework.

• Strong time management skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Prior knowledge of ServiceNow tool and process a plus.

• Experience working in the financial industry preferred.

• Experience working in Information technology/information Security is preferred

• Experience in using Service Now, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Archer, and SharePoint a plus

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent with over 15-20 years of experience of which Possesses 5+ years of experience relevant to Governance, Risk and Compliance

• 5+ years of experience working in Information Security or general IT areas related to risk management, controls assurance, compliance programs, cybersecurity and information security industry standards.

• Experience in interacting with various multi-disciplinary teams of professionals.

• Effectively communicate with peers and management and obtain additional evidence where applicable

• Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to drive risk excellence

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
