Description: Judge Healthcare is seeking an Office Lead for a huge client of ours in Plano, TX!
Type: Contract 3 months
Hours: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm with rotating Saturdays
Pay: Flexible and based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee staff and processes for patient check-in, ensuring charts are pulled for scheduled appointments, demographics and eligibility are updated, and current forms are utilized.
Listen and respond to patient and family member concerns.
Address patient questions and complaints, routing issues to appropriate personnel.
Analyze daily administrative operations and resource utilization.
Manage patient check-in, registration, and checkout processes.
Ensure proper cash controls are in place and policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Minimum of 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
