Uber Freight is seeking a Project Manager II who is a self-motivated individual with experience managing customer-facing projects in the dynamic world of transportation management. The ideal candidate will work with clients and team members to ensure alignment on the project schedule and that deliverables are completed on time and meet the customer's expectations. Will work with the team to develop various status reports and escalate risks as appropriate. This position will work at our office in Frisco Texas.
What the Candidate Will Do
Facilitate meetings (external, customer-facing, and internal) using our best practices
Ensure expectations around deliverables are mutually understood
Monitor and manage project scope
Hold team members accountable for providing deliverables on time and within budget
Keep project artifacts updated
Develop and maintain milestone chart
Develop and maintain a complete project schedule in Adobe Workfront
Periodically develop a report on project financials for Uber Freight Executives
Develop project status reports and review with the internal team and customer
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of related Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of Project Management experience
PMP Certification
Experience working with Adobe Workfront
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Transportation and logistics industry experience
