Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Business Development/Inside Sales Rep responsible for generating sales leads. They are tasked with understanding industry sectors, researching prospective organizations, and evaluating the potential value of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze business challenges faced by clients across different industries, identifying sales opportunities related to distressed or underperforming assets.
Initiate contact with key decision-makers and finance professionals in target organizations.
Build and nurture relationships with finance professionals in key companies, including new prospects and existing accounts.
Understand and communicate the company's full range of service offerings and their relevance to prospective clients.
Collaborate with field sales staff to stay informed of account progress.
Follow up on dormant or older accounts to explore potential opportunities.
Accurately record call details in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with outside sales to advance the sales process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales.
Proven ability to generate leads and build relationships through various approaches (e.g., phone, internet, networking, associations).
Strong verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Quick problem-solving abilities and adaptability during calls.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
